Just ask a question. Exactly the way you did.
Or are you talking about something in the game? Cause the only thing that you can request is Pokemon in the GTS. You just have to search for a Pokemon and then trade. Hope I helped

Just do what you just did, but with a question. Although, if it has to do with trading, battling, or Action Replay codes, there are other places to go and ask.
