Catching

Can someone tell me an easy way to capture heatran like wot moves to use and wot poke balls to use aswell

Well, I would use a Pokemon that knows Dragon Rage, because you know it will always hurt Heatran by only 40 HP, so by doing that, you can mostly control Heatran's HP, but just to be safe, I would save right before facing Heatran. Next, when Heatran's HP are low, I would try making it fall alseep, because it's easier to catch a Pokemon when sleeping. Finally, I would use Dusk Balls to try to catch him, but I would also try to catch him at night time so that the Dusk Ball has a even higher chance at catching him. Just to be safe, I advise you to bring a vase number of Dusk Balls.

For Heatran I cought it with a master ball and for the moves Iron head, flash cannon, fire blast, heat wave. For regular use I always poke move mod my Pokemon so I would have Iron head, Metor mash, Blast burn, Eruption,or Magma storm. Hope it helps and gives you some ideas.

I used a dusk Ball to catch it. Mine knows Dragon Pulse, Iron Head, Earth Power, and a fire move a forget.
