On my pokedex I got all the Pokemon to dialga except number 46,53,65,68,89,102,108,111,135,and 139. What are those pokemon? Plus, what Pokemon past dialga, which is number 149.

Here are the answers:
#46 - Wormadam - Can be seen by battling the blonde haired girl on Route 214.
#53 - Combee - Can be found by putting honey on a honey tree. After you do this, come back twelve hour later, and there is a 20% chance it will be there
#65 - Drifloon - Can be found outside Valley Windworks every Friday morning
#68 - Lopunny - Can be seen by battling the blonde haired girl on Route 222 or by evolving a Buneary
#89 - Bronzong - Evolve a Bronzor at Level 33
#102 - Can be found by walking in the grass on Routes 222 and 224 and it has a 20% chance of being incountered with you
#108 - Gible - Can be found in the secret entrance to Wayward Cave
Directions to the Secret Entrance to Wayward Cave:
1)Start at the entrance to the normal cave
2)Take 1 step right
3)Take 8 steps down
4)Take 12 steps left
5)Take 5 steps up
6)You There
#111 - Garchomp - Evolve Gible into Gabite at Level 24, then Gabite into Garchomp at Level 48 or can be seen by battling Cynthia
#135 - Lumineon - Evolve Finneon at Level 31
#139 - Milotic - Evolve Feebas or can be seen by battling Cynthia
#150 - Palkia - Can be seen by talking to Cynthia's Grandmother in Celestic Town

All but #108 are right on Warrior's, #108 is spiritomb, which is seen by fighting Cynthia or by talking to 32 people underground (not including the traders) and then putting the Odd Keystone into the crumbling tower on Route 209

Lord_Liu_Chan is practicaly right but just in case there is any confusion you have to put the keystone in the Crumbiling tower first or else wont work (found out hard way) then greet 32 people underground. Or one person greet them go back up to the surface then go back underground and talk to the same person again till you hit 32 then you can go to te tower press a then you battle Spiritomb
