Are you talking about the Resort Key or the Canalave Inn key?
Resort Key- Go to the resort place and get to the building with the cop inside of it. Then go out of the building and walk left to the edge of the path and press A while taking steps up.
Inn Key- You need an AR.

Go to the bottom entance near the lake, then go out the top side. Next use your Dowsing Machine App. The Resort Key should be 3 steps forward and 1 step left.

If your talking about the key for 213 (or somthing like that) listen up go along to the hotel where theres a police lady of some sort and go back outside and take 3 steps up and turn to your left if it insnt there talk 2 steps
