It all depends on the level of the actually poffins, the higher the level the less poffins it takes and they all have to be enhancing the beauty stat for it to effect feebas's evolution, to evolve it it must be at max level of beauty and then leveled up.

Well, there isn't an exact amount of poffins you must feed it, but I believe you must feed it poffins until it's beauty is exactly 171; meaning the the number of poffin levels must add up to 171, then you must level Feebas up, after you have it's beauty 171.

Well there isn't an exact number of Poffins to make Feebas evolve. But the number of Poffin level has to be really high somewhere close to the end. Or you can use a Super Poffin AR code and get it up to Max Level. Then Feebas can gain one level at it will evolve. Hope this helps you out.

You have to use enough poffins to get it's beauty level maxed out. Then, level it up once.
