battle tower
What do you do at the battle tower to allow acces to other areas? Two people are always blocking the way and telling me to go to the battle tower :S

Well, you must receive the National Pokedex; which you obtain from Professor Oak, after showing Professor Rowan your Completed Sinnoh Pokedex. After you get the National Pokedex, you will be able to access those area's, because those people will now be gone.

You have to get the National Pokedex first. To get that you have to show Prof. Rowan your completed Sinnoh Pokedex. Prof. Oak will then give you the Nationl and you can go through.
