How do I get surf on diamond...i really need it. Also what are the gym leaders in order?

You go out the front of the moomoo milk place above solecean town then you got to the lake near the motel place then talk around then cynthia will give you a secret potion then use it on the psyducks and they will move then you head up to celestic town beat the team galactic fellow head in the cave to the drawings then this granny will talk to you then give you surf
