Can you fight the elite 4 a 2nd time like in leaf green & fire red, and there levels get stronger, or no?

Yes you can, and no thier levels don't get higher at first, but I've heard that if you beat them, like, 10 times they'll get stronger (and so will your rival in the fight area)

I beat it 153 times and no level in crs so do it all you whant I like to train on the islands

You can they fight them anytime you want but they don't geet stronger. Although I wish they did. I need a challenge against them.

You can take them on as many times as you want but I don't think they can improve their lvls

Yes I beat the battle tower and every thing else that gose with it and the elit 4's levles went up 10-15 lv's
