Question for Pokemon Diamond
I gave one of my two pikachus a light ball and then hatch a few eggs, but howcome when they hatch none of them knew Volt Tackle

That is because you need 1 Pikachu Holding a Light Ball
And 1 Cherrim Holding Othing
Daycare Centre Creates A Pichu Thta learned the move Volt Tackle

Actually....
The female Pikachu has to be the one holding the Light Ball, and the father can be any Pokemon that can breed with Pikachu, not just a Cherrim

The reason why that is happening is that you have to do this procedure in Pokemon Emerald. Hope this can help out.
