Lake Valor is located right of Pastoria City and the entrace to Lake Valor is located just north of Valor Lakefront.

Go right From Pastoria. Get through the Resort then go up. You will see the entrance.

Head east from Pastoria City. You'll hit the entrance once you pass through Valor Lakefront.
