Where can I FIGHT someone that has a PRINPLUP not piplup. please answer ASAP

I NOT SURE WHERE YOU CAN FIND PRINPLUP BUT I KNOW THERES ONE IN VICTORY ROAD .A TRAINER HAS HIM.

There is a trianer on Victory Road. Or choose Turtwig as your starter.

PhilXZ is right but an easier one is on route 212 below the Pokemon Mansion where it starts to rain. There are two Pkmn Rangers, I believe, and one has a Prinplup.

There is a trainer in Victory Road who has a Prinplup. Sorry, but PhilXZ is wrong. To make your rival have a Prinplup you would need to have a Chimchar as your starter. Not a Turtwig.
