How do you get to the enternal city to get a bike?

Well, after getting through Eterna Forest and helping Cheryl out of the forest, go and arrive in Eterna City. Beat Gardenia. After that you have to go up to the Galactic Building near the top of the town (You need Cut which Cynthia gives to you) Beat the Galactic Commander and the bike shop manager will say thanks and go back to the shop and give you your back as thanks for helping him out back at the Galactic Building.

Well first of all it is Eterna City. Not Eternal City.
Anyways I expect you have gotten to Eterna Forest. Help out Cheryl and her Chansey get through the forest. After you get out you will be on a short road right outside the exit. Go along there and you should arrive in Eterna. First things first. Beat the gym leader Gardenia. After her defeat you should go to the large Galactic building near the north part of town. But to get to it you will need cut. Defeat Commander Jupiter and then the Bike Shop owner will thank you. As a reward he will give you a free Bike for helping him.
