need help in conest and battle tower

That is my best team for the Battle Tower. I wiped out the Tycoon on my first try.

For contests you need to find a Pokemon that you are going to use. Poffins:
First of all you need to feed you Pokemon as many Poffins as it will eat. Spicy- Cool
Dry- Beauty
Sweet- Cute
Bitter- Smart
Sour- Tough.

But before you make the Poffin check if your Pokemon will like the kind you are giving it. Check the second page of the Summary. Feed it as many as you can make.

Visual:
This is by far the toughest part of any contest (especially Master rank)
Since they don't give you the theme that each one will fit in, you have to wing it. Just do what seems to fit. I made a list of every accessory for every theme but I still got only 4 hearts in the Master's. But dress em' up and hope for the best.

Dance:
For dancing it just takes skill, practice and good timing. When there is another Pokemon dancing you need to get Excellent on pretty much all of them. But when you are dancing you need to make the other Pokemon miss the notes. If you get really good you can tap one of the notes really fast and it will put to notes so close together they always miss. But be warned, sometimes you may miss the note too. Or you could get a Good rating.

Acting:
When you are acting it is good to have a move with these abilities.

Double Score on next turn.

Earns +2 If performed first in the turn

For Beauty you can use the combo of Swords Dance (Double Score) and Ice Beam or Blizzard (+2 if first)

For Smart you can use Psych Up (x2 score) and Shadow Punch (+2 if first)

If you get the gist of it them you can beat most of the contests. How you do in acting depends on how you do in the other parts of the contest. Like if you are leading in Points, you would be on the top of the list. (I am using Smart as an example). So what you would do is use Shadow Punch (which will give you 4 hearts) then if chose a judge no one else did you will have 7 hearts. That should put you at the bottom of the list. Then use Psych up. It gives you no hearts, but that is a good thing, as you will be up at the top again. Use Shadow Punch, You will get the usual 4 hearts, but then they double giving you 8 hearts, that should put you back at the bottom and repeat.
