The best place I think would be the Pokemon League, but thats just me. Also go around the Battle Park and up in that region to battle or re-battle the trainers using VS. Seeker.

Pokemon League, Victory Road, Battle Area.
But it all depends on what level your Pokemon are.

It totally depends on where you are in the game. If you have beat it then the battle park is my personal favorite. But the Pokemon league is good to.

The best place in my opinion would be the Elite 4/Pokemon League. You could also do some good training at Victory Road.

Victory road,Pokemon league or you could trade it to a friend and let them level your Pokemon up as your Pokemon gain extra experience when they are traded.
