PLEASE HELP ME!

I went to the Valley Windworks and the Galactic Grunt did lock himself in the tower. I didnt know that the other two Galactic Grunts would leave the bridge so I could cross it and battle more people to get the key and save the little girls father. Is there anyway that I can get the Galactic Grunts to move so that I can cross the brigde and continue with my journey? Please help me.

No you have to get into the valley windworks which you do by going back to flouroma town and going up. There will be two galactic guys there annoying some guy that sells you honey. Beat them and he will give you the valley windworks key. Go back to the valley wind works and beat the boss at the end of the valley windworks and the two galactic guys will move so you can go on with your quest.

I'm pretty sure you go back west towards the town you just came from and go up there should be a way through like going into a forst and you should see to galatic people infront of an old man you bettle them and while they run off the old man will say thank you I think he gives you a bit of honey and he notices the key and gives you it sorry if I'm wrong I havent done that part in a couple days Lol I started again so I could get my Chimchar to lv 100 easy
