No there isn't.The only way to get arceus is to get an AR and cheat to get him or go to an event to get the azure flute.

Get lucky and find someone with arcus and trade with them good luck sauske

Because I would like to get him too :]
But AR, Gameshark, or Event are the only possible way
....has anyone ever noticed....Nintendo always makes 2 to 4 Pokemon that are unable to get without an event??
