When will my togepi evolve pls tell me thx

Togepi doesn't evolve by leveling up, but only evolves by making Togepi happy.

Make Togepi happy! Give him pokeblok or if this is pearl/diamond ask the guy who tells you what poffins they like keep giving him that poffin type! **ardsmaster**

You have to get togepy to like you using these methods:
- Keep first in your party
- Dont let die or get low on hp
- Give soothe bell to hold
- Give poffins it likes
- Go to the lady in Veilstone city and have her give your Pokemon a massage
- win battles

You must make Togepi's happiness go all the way up. By leveling, giving it items, or feeding it poffins.

Make Togepi happy. Give it poffins that it likes. To find that out go to it's summary and look at the second page. It should say Spicy, Dry etc..
Give it massages in Veilstone. And give it a Soothe Bell to up the effects of these methods.
