Ineed some help on getting some TMs. Ok where can I get:
Dark Pulse
Ice Punch
Iron Tail
And Ice beam.

Here are the answers:
1. Dark Pulse - Can be found in Victory Road
2. Ice Punch - Can't be found, must be learned
3. Iron Tail - Can be found on Iron Island
4. Ice Beam - Can be found on Route 216, and can get by Exchanging 10000 tokens at the Game Arcade

You can check my faq that will by up tomorrow under Pokemon diamond and pearl walkthroughs it's called Pokemon Move Dex. It has every thing you could need related to moves.

B) For 10,000 coins at the Game Corner.
