1. The only way is to use a action replay
2. Go to the jubilife tv station and theres a guy upstairs.he will ask you something, so type in wifi connection and it should work like it did for me.
3.you only get one master ball on the game. If you have a action replay you can have as many as you want
4. Use a Action Replay or beat the game Pokemon Ranger and play the minigame. Then just transfer him to your Diamond/Pearl Catridge
