How can you find out when the trainer will be online without checkin every day and what time pls help me I really need help oh and like when it says checking gts status can you cancel the trade?

1) There is no way to do that. If you personally know the person you can ask them when they are going to be one. But if you live in like Oregon and they live in Florida you can't find out except checkin everyday.
2) No you can't. Because usually the other person had already traded with you so they have your Pokemon and you can't get it back. But if it says Checking GTS status and it doesn't comence a trade you can cancel it by going to "Summary".
