Massages, battles and berries - specifically berries which lower some stats (sometimes it doesn't affect it if you haven't raised it's stats anyway). If you're looking to evolve them, this SHOULD work.

Give it massages in Veilstone, give it a soothe bell, use it a lot in battle but don't let it faint, and give it plenty of vitamins.

-Make it first Pokemon in your party
-Give it the soothe bell to hold
-dont let it die or get really low on hp
-give it poffins it likes
-win battles
-take it to get massages

Give it berries and items that raise friendship and battle alot with it.

Give them alot of massages and give it it's fav poffins and train it while holding the soothe bell this should work because I did all this and my eevee's evolved!
