Help!!!
Can anyone tell me where the Move deleter is, if there is one, on this game?!?!?!?! I really need to delete some HM moves from my Lucario.....

I always forget where he is.
But he is in the house below the Canalave Pokemon Center. Hope I helped.

Go to canalave city. Once there, stand in front of the pokecenter and not inside. Go down and look for the first house you see when you are going down. Go inside. There should be an old man
