When will my haunter evolve it is already level 58 and do you have to buy a nintendo event? Is there any easier way to complete my national pokedex? And what are all the legendary Pokemon without a nintendo event and do you really have to beat 100 unknown in solaceon ruins to get celebi and in iron island when you beat 100 Pokemon jirachi will show up and if that's real how can you find out how many Pokemon you've beaten there and I can't get in to gts there's no access point in my house what should I do? Pls help me I'm begging you pls answer all my questions

You need to trade it with another game for it to evolve into Gengar.
You can't Buy an "Nintendo Event"... They are things that happen in real life that you would attend. But you can complete your pokedex (for the sake of using the PalPark) without those special event pokemon.
Beating 100 unown in solaceon ruins to get a celebi = not true. The only way to get a celebi is to cheat.
Beating 100 Pokemon on iron island to get a jirachi = not true either. The only way to get jirachi is to own a gamecube, a copy of Pokemon channel for the gamecube, meet Jirachi in that game by completing it, transfer Jirachi to a copy of Ruby or Sapphire (in which you have defeated the elite four and champion at least once on either game) using the gameboy advance via a gamelink cable. Then migrate your Jirachi via PalPark to Diamond or Pearl.
To access GTS, you need to have wireless internet in your home, or a nintendo usb wifi adapter for your computer. If not, you need to go to a wifi hotspot. (google this for your local area by typing "Nintendo DS wifi hotspot locations" into your search window)

1.You must trade your Haunter with a friend in order for it to evolve.
2.You can't buy a Nintendo Event silly! The Pokemon Company will organize an Event in order for you to get these special Pokemon.
3.The easiest way is through the Pal Park through via migrating from Ruby/Sapphire/FireRed/LeafGreen/Emerald.
4.That is not possible. The only way to aquire a Celebi is you cheat using an Action Replay or going to a Nitendo Event that has Celebi involved.
5.That is not possible either. The only way to get Jirachi is to get the European Version of Pokemon Channel,or using the Pokemon Colleseum Bonus Disc.
6.Go on Google and search Wi-Fi Hotspots,or get a wireless Router,or a Nintendo WFC USB Connector.

Trade your Haunter to evolve it.
Nintendo Events can't be purchased. Nintendo organizes them. They tell you to go to a certain location. Eg: Toy's R Us. But no one knows when they are going to be.
Migrate from earlier games through the use of Pal Park.
You can't get a Celebi from defeating 100 pokes on Iron Island or defeatign 100 Unknown. The only way you can get Celebi is by an AR or the GTS or trading with someone who has one.
Go to a place that is a WI-FI hotspot. Lots of Starbucks have free Wireless. You can also get a WI-FI connector thing for your computer.
