How to get the key to galatic storage warehouse

I got all 7 badges and now I am stuck. I can't get to sunny shore city. I am aware of that I need to fight Dialga. I need to know where to find the key to enter th Galactic Ware house. Also how to do I get to dialga after I release the 3 legendarys from the warehouse? Please help me me son have been asking me this from two weeks and I am stuck....

You talk to a guy standing out side the warehouse he will give you a key to part of the warehouse. (not the main entrance, the entracne on the left of the huge mart.) You go through that whole area and at the end you will find the galactic key. Then you can go back to the main entrance and you can get to the end of the ware house. Ask if you have any other questions

IIIII FFFFFOOOOOUUUUUNNNNNDDDDD IIIIITTTTT AT TEAM GALACTIC IS BESIDE THE BIG HOUSE!!!!!! . IT LOOKS LAKE ITS AN UP STAIRS AND DOWN STAIRS HOW

The key to the galactic warehouse is obtained after defeating a specific galactic grunt and he will drop it right after the battle whereas then, you obtain the key to the galactic warehouse.
