How do you get poke seals onto pokeballs?

1st you must have a seal case (can't remember where you get one). Then you go to your bag, go to the Key Items pocket and use the case. It will display a screen with a pokeball on it and seals to your left (this is on the touch screen). Then you drag a seal on to the poke ball and drop it. Tada!

You must first get the Seal Case, which is found somewhere in Soleceon Town. Forgot exactly where. Anyway, you can buy seals at the Seal Store in Sunyshore City. Once you've gotten some, go to the PC in a Pokemon Center. There you will be able to attach seals onto Pokemon's Pokeballs. Putting them on Pokeballs requires you to use the touch screen. Drag a seal you've collected onto a Pokeball, and drop it. When you've completed a Pokeball, you can then select a Pokemon to put the sealed Pokeball on. And there you go!
