No Shaymin cannot evolve. Shaymon is a legendary and legendaries cannot evolve. In Pokemon platinum that will be coming out 2009 shaymon will have annother form however.

Ok, first of all, it is Shaymin, not shayman. He is a legendary, but in Pokemon Platinum whihc comes out in England in 2009, Shaymin has another forme
