Where the heck do I find a ditto and eevee and when is happiny going to evolve

Here are the answers:
1. Ditto can be found, on Route 218, in the patch of grass, right outside Canalave City, by using the Pokeradar
2. Eevee can be found in the Trophy Garden, after you have obtained the National Pokedex, and it has a higher chance of being in the Garden, on the days the Owner has seen them in the Garden. You also get a Eevee from Bebe, in Hearthome City, after you obtain the National Pokedex
3. Happiny only evolves, by Lv. Up, while holding an Oval Stone, in the day

1) Ditto can be found on Route 218 by using the Pokeradar.
2) You can only get Eevee once you obtain the National Pokedex. You can obtain an Eevee from Bebe in Hearthome City. You can also find Eevee in the Trophy Garden when the Owner says he's found one back there.
3) Happiniy is one of those who evolve by friendship. Make them more friendly with you, give them the Oval Stone, and train them during the day, and they will evolve.

After you get the national pokedex you can get ditto by using the pokeradar on route 218, and evee in the trophy garden. Happiny evolves through friendship.
