Ok. I already downloaded the Pokesav, but how do I transfer my codes to my DS?

You need an action replay. And if you have one then you should follow whatever form of instructions came with it to put the cheats on the action replay.

You need an Action Replay! There in the Argos book for �14.99! Then you copy the codes and put it on the action replay! Easy!
