How do you get dratinice and dratinire.i already have a dratinilic.plz help.if you have any Q.'s about these three pokes feel free to ask

Evolve Dratini to level 30 and when it evolves into a Dragonair level it up to level 55 for a Dragonite

Well, first, you must catch Dratini, which you can catch, in the Waterfall Area of Mt. Coronet, with the Super Rod. You can also catch Dragonair, in the Waterfall Area of Mt. Coronet, with the super rod too, but it's rarity, is lower than Dratini. So, if you catch Dratini, it will evolve into Dragonair, at Lv.30, and then Dragonair will evolve into dragonite, at Lv.55, but it sounds like you want all three, so, I would try catching both Dratini and Dragonair, in the Waterfall Area of Mt. Coronet, with the Super Rod.

First off you need to learn the names of them first. But anyway Here it is.
30 55
Dratini-----> Dragonair------> Dragonite

Whoops. Dratini into Dragonair at level 30 then Dragonair into Dragonite at level 55

I don't know what Pokemon you are asking about but if you are asking about how to get dragonaire and dragonite from the first evolution series, dratini, you must level dratini up to level 30 for it to evolve into dragonaire. And then you must level up Dragonaire up to level 55 for it to evolve into the legendary Dragonite.
