Each game gives you one master ball. The best way to get unlimited is to use an action replay or a game shark. One way to get a lot of master balls is if you have two games and you trade the master ball from one game to the other and then keep starting the game over and getting the master ball trading it over and starting over again. This method is very tidious and takes up alot of time but it works.
