getting picachu
Can I get picachu in this game. If so where. Plus if I pick chimchar at the begging can I get turtwig later. Do all Pokemon that are traded disobey after lvl 20

You can find Pikachu in the trophy garden at the Pokemon mansion which is located on route 214. The only way to get one other starter Pokemon besides the one you choose is to trade for them.
If you don't have a gym badge yes but as you obtain gym badges the level at which they will disobey you will increase.

Pikachu can be found in the trophy garden. If you pick Chimchar, your rival will have Turtwig. After your first battle with him. Go to the GTS in jubilife City and request a Turtwig. All Pokemon above lv. 20 will disobey until you beat the 2nd gym. Hope this helps.

You can find Pichu at the Trophy Garden at the Pokemon Mansion on Route 214. The only way you can obtain the other starters is by either hacking or trading with someone who either did the same, or started with a different starter Pokemon than you.
For your next question, all traded Pokemon past level 20 will disobey you until you have the 1st badge.

1. Pickachu can be found in the trophy garden.
2. You must trade for the other starters.
3. They will only disobey you if you do not have your first or second badge (I belive that it is the first)

1. Pikachu can be found in the Trophy Garden behind Mr. Backlot's mansion at level 18. (down the Route from Hearthome City.) There is only a 10% chance of running into one.
2. You cannot get more than one starter without trading with somebody that has a Turtwig or by using a cheating device.
3. All traded level 20 Pokemon will not obey you unless you have beaten Roark, the first gym leader. If it is your own untraded Pokemon, it might have more trust and respect in you and listen more often.

Pikachu can be found in Mr.Backlot's Trophy Garden. If you pick a Chimchar you can get a Turtwig after you fight your RIval. You need to go to the GTS to trade for one. All traded Pokemon over level 20 will obey but only with the Oreburg gym badge. Then they will obey up to level 30 until you get the next badge. And so one and so forth.

To many questions but okay here it goes in order yes yes by cheating or trading and no the diobey you unlesss you have a certain amount of badges if not then no also just to help more you can have someone trade you a Pokemon from a national dex to you even if you only have the sinnoh dex
