Since there are no more Pokemon events, you can only get it through cheating with AR or gamesark.

There is none so you must cheat for it using AR or Gameshark. If you get Pokemon Platinum then I am sure that they will a a Pokemon event for it. Check pokemon.com often to see when and where it is.

Hmm I have 3 of them by using thee action reply so you can use that there are a few cheats all you got to do is look around youtube for the Pokemon modifery cheat and then you can get all 493 Pokemon encluding arseus shamin darkria
