Can someone make a legit Mew with all the normal stats and ev's and moves that it's caught with

If we make it using pokesav it won't be legit. There is no legit way to get Mew yet. You can use a Action Replay Ds and we can make a code for a semi legit one but to request codes go to the Pokemon action replay forum. Hope this helps

It's not possible to make a legit Pokemon period with an AR. All Pokemon made with a cheat aren't considered legit. Anyway, you'd have a better chance of getting it answered here: http://forums.supercheats.com/forums.php?forum=1828
