Well, you use the Pokeradar, on Route 207, in the patch of grass above Oreburgh City. He is really hard to find, because his rarity is so low, but don't give up, because it's worth it.

You must have the Pokeradar to find Larvitar. Go to Route 207, in the area of grass above Oreburgh City. He's very rare, becuase of how low he rarity is, so you'll probably be there a while searching for him. But the time searching is worth it.
