How do you get up the rocky slopes? I can't figure it out can someone PLEASE help me???

You must obtain HM08 Rock Climb. You can find HM08 Rock Climb, on Route 217.

You have to get HM 08 Rock Climb which you find on route 214 in the snow by the house.Use the itemfinder on your Poke`tech.
