Question for Pokemon Diamond

Please bear with me - I am learning all of this in order to help my 7-year-old son - he is unbelievably good at figuring out things in this game, but this is something we can't find online. We are looking for a 'list' or something that tells us how many heart scales to get rid of in order to be able to put in the 'judgement' move. I don't know if this is a NDS question or an AR question. I'm so sorry if I'm asking this in the wrong place. Thank you!

If you mean Arseus`s move Judgement you need to level it up to level 100

Well your question isnt really that clear.Heart scales can't be used to just teach a move to a pokemon.
Heart scales are used to re-learn old moves that the Pokemon had forgotten at the Re-Learners house in Pastoria City. The only Pokemon that can learn the move Judgement is Arceaus, a legendary Pokemon only obtainable through special events or hacking. I suppose, if you had an Arceaus and it didnt know judgement it would only take 1 heart scale to re-lern it. Srry if this didnt help

If you mean the Pokemon,Arseus`s move "Judgement" you have to level it up to level 100.
