2. Yes, and you can obtain it, by getting the last three numbers, at the lottery center, in Jubilife City TV Station.

I don't think they level up faster, perhaps it seems so, because you are battling higher levelled pokemon... I know when you use an exp share on a Pokemon at level 1 and battle a Pokemon at level 40, your Pokemon can gain up to 10 levels.

(it is the Pokemon you battle that determines how many points you get... Excepting the trade level up rule, or any held items that boost the exp gained... Trainer Pokemon will yield more points than wild pokemon)

You can get another Exp. Share from the Jubilife TV station loto... But I think it is the second prize, very hard to get!

Get one in leaf/fire/ruby/sapphire/emerald and attach it to a Pokemon you may migrate. It will take a while but is probably faster than any other means.

1) I'm not 100% sure on this one. But I do know that Pokemon that start out at really low levels (take level 1 for example) will gain experience really fast until they're at a higher level. Then that's when it'll start taking a while to level them up.

2) You can recieve another EXP Share at the Jubilive City TV Station Loto. The EXP share is one of the harder ones to win though.

1) Pokemon that hatch from an egg don't receive extra amounts of exp. Facing higher level Pokemon will increase the amount of exp gained, another way is if it is traded from another game.
2)Jubilife Station Loto is the way to obtain another exp share. The way I used is attach it to a Pokemon from Leaf Green that I migrated.

No it's just what lvl Pokemon you train on and sorry you can't unless you get a nationaldex and migrate yoour Pokemon and recatch it but thats what I think of it I still need one more Pokemon that I don't know how to get to get a national dex
