What poffins do I use for my feebas to beauty up so I get milotic and what berries do I use to make that poffin by myself

Use a berry that's extremely high in Beauty. Give a Feebas alot of those. Then it should evolve.

Use your highest berry in Beauty and make it the highest you can make it.

Use berries that are dry in taste. They will create Blue/Beauty Poffins.
