pokedex help

Hi I have 149 Pokemon and the last one will not apear I want the national dex can someone help plz

I believe you mean Palkia. Well, you can see Palkia, by going back to Celestic Town, go into the Northern House, or "The biggest House" , and talk to the elderly woman, see will tell you she found a book, in the shrine, and she will show you a picture of Palkia, and after you are done talking to her, Palkia will be in your pokedex. So, after you complete the Sinnoh Pokedex, you go back to Professor Rowan.

I'm thinking that your last Pokemon to find is Palkia. Go find Cynthia's Grandmother in Celestic Town. She will show you a picture of Palkia, and that will put Palkia into your Pokedex. Once you do this, go to Professor Rowan to get your Pokedex upgraded.
