Put simply, you can't. The whole point of the pal park is so that you may "Migrate" Pokemon from your gameboy games (rather than having to trade them) thus being able to transfer and fill your pokedex!

What would be the point in putting in Pokemon you have already caught?

Impossible. You must migrate to be able to put Pokemon into the Pal Park.

You just simply cant. The pal park was created just so you can migrate from the gba games

But I don't have a lite-it's not fair for those of us with dsi's or 3ds's
