Okay I used the ar cheat 100 percent pokedex so I got all the Pokemon but I can not find pro. Rolwan. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try beating the elite four and he should come monitor you're pokedex.

Prof. Rowan can be found at the Pokemon Lab in Sandgem. He will also show up after you beat the Elite Four, and will monitor your Pokedex.

First you beat the Elite four then you go to pro.rowans lab talk to him Pro.oak comes gives you (upgrades) your pokedex to national pokedex there you go. To get to pal park you go down to the beach near pro.rowans lab then you use surf *if you use action replay run threw trees* go right then ull find it. Also I belive there is a cheat for a Pokemon modifier.Instructions: you are givin 493 masterballs or heartscales <---- prefer. Then you go to your pokedex and find the pokedex # for the Pokemon you want 1-493. After all that trash all the heartscales or masterballs to the pokemons Pokedex number. Ex. 493-1=492 witch is shamin.To get the Pokemon you want hold L and walk,run, or ride your bike in the grass.
