Talk to a man on the second or third floor of jubilife tv and answer his question with this: everyone happy, wi-fi connection. This should activate mystery gift.

Go to the 3rd floor of the Jubilife TV Station, and talk to the guy on the left...Answer his questions exactly as follows: Everyone Happy, WiFi Connection. You will obtain Mystery Gift when you do this.
