Defog - someone help!!!!

I have asked around for defog but no-one seems to have it or want to give it to me. I have had a look at questions that has been asked and other people seem to be having the same problem but the answers people are giving are not the same and it is confusing. What can I do, I just need defog as I have secret potion but I need defog. PLEASE HELP

Defog can be found by taking to a person, in the great marsh.

You recieve Defog from a guy in the Great Marsh. When inside the Great Marsh, talk to the first guy on the left. He will give it to you.

It can be found by talking to a person be the inside exit of the great marsh

Defog is found by a guy in the great marsh ( right when you go in theres many people talk to them)

I didn't knew it eiter! Now i am in the great marsh, but i can't find the guy where you all talk about. Where is that guy? Can you be more detailed?
