3. I can't offer many good Pokemon because my save file got lost and I just beat elite 4 in my new file. I could give you Shiny Mew LV. 30 Mewtwo LV 100 Palkia Lv. 100 Torterra Lv 53 or Honchkrow(semi-rare pokemon) LV. 17
4.FYI: In my old file I had 2 PC boxes full of LV. 100s and 2 LV. 100s in a 3rd box.

FIRST: Level it up to Lv.40 or 60.
I'll trade you my Tylosphon or whatever LV.60 or my Lugia LV.40 simple.
