I know on the dex it says it's common but I can't find it so where do you find a hippopotas? Thanks for answering. * *

Heres the answers:
1. He can be found in the Ruin Maniac's Cave, in the grass, with a 5% chance of encountering it
2. In the Ruin Maniac's Cave, when it's expanned, in the grass, with a 10% chance of encountering it
3. In the Ruin Maniac's Tunnel, in the grass, with a 20% chance of encountering it

He or she can be found in the ruin mniacs tunnel, his tunnel is found up and right of Pastoria, almost directely accross from the place were you catch Girantina.

YOU CAN GO TO THE SANDSTORM AROUND THE SURVIAL AREA AND GO TO THE GRASS WHERE YOU CAN SEE CACTURNE AND HIPOWDON AND THEN MAKE A BABY WITH A DITTO.THATS WHAT I DID.
