If you want the flute you have to either have AR[action replay] or mix records with someone who has it or wifi event

I got in with 8 on my lv 100 Rayquaza.easist way to get ribbons is talk to julia,blond hair woman,do contests,and others such as complete 100 rooms in battle tower,foot ribbon from dr.footprint(near pastoria city on beach),effort ribbon,ect.there are 180 ribbons in all I think,so there are lots of ways.
