Which one?

Which gives you more of a chance of getting a critical hit:

Scope Lens or Razor Claw ?

It depends. According to my experience, Razor Claw is better for clawed Pokemon like Sneasal, which means Scope Lens are good for the other pokemon. But that's just me...

I believe they both give an equal bonus to Crit Hit, but Razor Claw is used to evolve Sneasel in Weavile and may give a extra bonus when used with either of those two pokemon. (Need clarification on the Sneasel/Weavile part)

The scope lens and the razor claw have nearly the same chance. I use the scope lens because it boosts the focus of the Pokemon allowing them to focus enough to make a move stonger than it's actual power.
