Is their a easier way to train my Pokemon with out using rare candy

I don't think so, and it's better if you train them the old fashion way.

You can try out Ev and Iv training. Those really help out a lot.

You could use an exp. Share, but Warrior13 is right; it's better to train them by battling a lot with them.

Train them the old fasion, and yet longer, way. You get much better results. You can also give a Pokemon you want to train an Exp. Share. Without battling, the Pokemon holding the Exp. Share will get a share of the experience gained when the battle ends.
