In snowpoint city there is a temple. How do I get inside?

To get inside the Snowpoint Temple, you have to get the National Pokedex, and beating the Elite Four.

To get into Snowpoint temple, you will need Each of the three Regi's - Regice, Regirock, and Registeel. To obtain these Pokemon, you will need a previous game which contains them [I used Sapphire.], and you will need to have them caught. You also need the national pokedex [can be obtained apparently, when you have seen all 150 Pokemon - sounds impossible, but I guess it's doable]

You have to Beat the Elite four AND get the National Pokedex

You have to beat the Elite four and get the national Dex and to do that you must see (not catch) every Pokemon in sinnoh and then show it to profeser rowan.

I think you must have all of the Regi's. Either that or you must have obtained the National Dex.
