You can find the deepseatooth on most Wild Carvanha and Sharpedo, and
You can find the deepseascale on most Wild Relicanth, Chinchou, and Lanturn.
When you find the scale, you could put it on Clamperl, and trade it to make it evolve into Gorebyss, or keep it on Clamperl, to make it's Sp.Def doubled.
When you find the tooth, you could put it on Clamperl, and trade it to mkae it evolve into Huntail, or keep it on Clamperl, to make it's Sp.Atk doubled.
There you go, now all you have to do is decide what to do, Hope this helps!!!

Pastoria Town. From the Pokemon centre go west a little bit, then south. You should see a guy on the edge of the water after going East a little bit. The house directly north of this guy has the Move Tutor in it.
